RE: 45 million uninsured Americans is nearly 12 times more than the number of millionaires (3.8 million).

There are now 7.5 million millionaires, most of whom are spouses and parents, so that means about 30 million people benefit from this wealth. Also, a person doesn't have to be a millionaire to be economically comfortable(assuming they have good health insurance, of course).
