We have the lowest taxes in the western world by far, and that was true during the CLinton years as well. Bush lowered taxes while hiking spending. This is like a family with a $50,000 salary putting a Mercedes Benz on the credit card. It looks nice and is fun at first but then the bills come. Bush is the least fiscally conservative prez we have ever had. He is a fiscal radical. The US does not need to be a tax haven for the rich to be successful. This isn't the Bahamas. Although I know a lot of Bushies send their money to the Bahamas.
