Is this really all that different from the fact that our tax dollars go to government programs and officials that say things that we do not agree with?

I don't like this program. I see plenty of reasons to eliminate it, but is it really unconstitutional?

A libertarian activist judge might think so but while one such judge on the supreme court might be interesting and possibly useful I'd rather the balance of the court be strict constructionist than conservative (politically conservative, judicial conservative means pretty much the same thing as strict constructionist) or libertarian activists, despite the fact that I would like the results of some decisions by those activists.
