Lots of concern about the Euro, a NON vote in France, etc. Note that Germany is issuing US Dollar denominated (and maybe later yen denominated) bonds. They are not sure the Euro bond market has enough depth. Also , the buyers in Asia want US dollar bonds. See the FT on this.

Felix Royhatan, former ambassador to France, former head of Lazard Feres, currently on the boards of 3 French companies, inlcuding the Suez conglomerate, was on CNBC talking about the EU and the Euro, ackknowloging reality while making calming noises about the value and need for the Euro.

That should be worrying...
