Nasdaq should Talk.... The exchange itself is not perfect: 1. I love the market makers and the 1/2 point spreads on $10 issues. 2. Love the "Sludge Factories" pumping NASDAQ biotech or hiTech issues that are nothing but sweet insider stock deals with offshore sales at discounted prices and insider gifts to PR marketing folks and family members. They never catch anyone. 3. Love the way the delist stocks that go below a buck... 4. Love the way they police the brokers 5. Love the way the Small Order Entry System (SOES) screws us little guys every time. Not to worry - If NASDAQ does the typical policing it does of itself no one will ever see a fine.... Jim
