Terry, ELAN is doing very well...it has moved up from recent lows in the 3's to over 8 this morning. I am wondering if you have revised your view that it is like Krispy Kreme (you said this when it was in the 5's I believe--or maybe the 7's). You thought it was a very bad idea for my colleague to have bought. However, it does look like it will come to the market and was unduly oversold by the bad news.
