There is no difference in my mind whether govt publicizes on the web site or thru official statement on TV/Radio. I dont even know what this argument is about. It seems you think folks without a computer deserve less protection than one who have one. And once again you ask me if i consider people stupid. Well i guess there may be some dopes out there or some folks going to china today who are not dopes but who dont know Henry Niman so they just deserve to die i guess. Enough of this nonsense already. mike
