That depends on who you consider in your face or extraordinary.

Yes, it does, and my point was that the agreement forces a reexamination of that. The Dems have been acting like large numbers of nominations are in-your-face and the Reps act like none are. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. If both sides restrain themselves a tad in deference to the upholding the agreement, we just may get a workable judicial appointment process for a change.
