Why do you think it's S-8 instead of insiders dumping? How can one tell the difference with a non-reporting issue like this, whose amount of paper and rules for selling thereof are completely unknown to us? I mean it's not like huge dough is changing hands here. More like $100k today, plus or minus, maybe double that yesterday. Chump change to anyone but insiders, seems to me, but what do I know.
