Essam,

Great thread.

I found out that a small block of shares(50,000)of Adamas Resources AMS/VSE at 27c was purchased by Richard W.Radez,Vice President of Precious Metals for David A.Noyes&Company.

Mr Radaz is one of the leading precious metals
specialist in North America. As vice president of
Precious Metals at David A.Noyes&Co,he has
organized and instructed the only gold course for
U.S. brokers at the Denver,Chicago and San
Francisco gold shows. He founded and is
president of the International Association of Gold
Share Brokers and acts as a consultant to Alex
Brown&Sons.Mr Radaz has visited more than
100 mining properties in North and South
America.

On Saturday,October 25,1997,Mr Radaz will be
presenting the largest intense one-day
professional Natural Resource Conference in the
world that will take place in the Chicago Rolling
Meadows Holiday Inn.

Mr Stephen Doppler president of Adamas
Resources will be attending.Mr Radazs
company,International Association of Gold Share
Brokers,is an elite organization of gold share
specialists and they're the largest and most
respected in North America. They understand the
mining industry and they follow the junior market
as well as anyone in the world.

I also heard that their new IR firm is just as
impressive.

Good luck,

HARLEY.
