Cut the nonsense! As if Saddam was capable of doing anything. Heck, US planes could fly over Iraq and attack anytime, and all Saddam could do was to take cover and order a few rusty old anti-aircraft guns to fire (which would then be taken out immediately). Saddam was not even a paper tiger. He was weaker than that.
