Smart politics by Rubin on SS. SS will be dealt with only when countrys financial house is more in order. Common sense not to get in a pissing contest over problem #3 when problems #1 and #2 go unaddressed. Now before you get yourself in an uproar, take a breath and ask bob rubin what his answers are for the deficit and Medicare? Mostly higher taxes so nothing really has changed. I was encouraged that he told dems that Medicare would be painful for them to address. Mike
