Ramsey, they are still US universities. It's the USA legal, political and financial systems and other characteristics which sustain them. The people are from all over the place, but they go to USA universities. How do you propose to "take away" the foreign students? Homeland Security has taken care of plenty already, but there are still more. The USA can destroy itself by silly ideas about nasty foreigners. Not that plenty of foreigners aren't nasty. Mqurice
