A lot of devilry came about during the 90's, and not just Al Qaida, but Enron (Bush's #1 ally), Whitewater (an excuse to investigate the president's sex life) and Karl Rove planning his smear campaign against Silver Star winner John McCain to steal the nomination.

WorldCom too, protected in court by the brother of Haley Barbour, a judge in Mississippi, as well as Trent Lott to whom worldCom gave a million bucks in cash.

Whomever cooked up wht phony energy crisis with Enron is the real villain here. Some 40 billion dollars stolen. That's huge.
