That about sums it up Jim But who is on the hook in this tale? The old lady who sold them? The broker who sold them for her? The company that messed up the dates and put them into her account? Or perhaps the innocent's who bought what may be NSS's And what if that little old lady did take off to the Bahama's? Who is responsible?
