MCHP to Present at Sanford Bernstein & Smith Barney Microchip will present at the Sanford C. Bernstein 21st Annual Strategic Decisions Conference in New York, NY on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Presenting for the Company will be Mr. Steve Sanghi, President and Chief Executive Officer. A live webcast and replay of the presentation will be made available by Sanford C. Bernstein, and can be accessed on the Microchip website at www.microchip.com. The replay of the webcast will be available for a period of 7 days following the presentation. Microchip will also present at the Smith Barney Citigroup Sixth Annual Semiconductor Conference in Monterey, California on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at 2:15 p.m. (Pacific Time). Presenting for the Company will be Mr. Gordon Parnell, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. A live webcast and replay of the presentation will be made available by Smith Barney, and can be accessed on the Microchip website at www.microchip.com.
