On Dec 12, 1996, IPMCF had 12 million shares issued, 5 million float: web.archive.org Let's double that for subsequent dilution, then decrease it by 1 for 10 split, 2005-04-05: pinksheets.com Can anyone explain to me how nearly 100 million shares of this can trade in one day?
