It certainly is. And in over two years of following polls here, every one we have found to be weighted was always weighted more Dem. Without exception. There may be some the other way, but we have never seen one yet.

I haven't kept track of your tracking these polls so I have no idea what you looked at.

I gather, however, you think there's some conspiracy here. It would take a great deal more systematic gathering of the evidence and discussion of rationales for the practice before I would be willing to go that far.
