Abbas is a weakling and a front man. His only job is to collect money. The Pals are world's biggest welfare queens - literally, the highest per capita foreign aid collectors on the planet. Hamas will restart the intifada no matter what Abbas has to say about it. So Abbas will play along and pretend to lead it. You still didn't answer my question.
