S2,

"Getting things done"

I used to be a Day Timer guy -
Then I moved to Palm Pilot -
Then I moved to I-PAq
Now I have a Crackberry

HOWEVER- throughout my career so far, I still use 3"x5" cards for the IMPORTANT THINGS...all the urgent stuff would reside somewhere on a list in one of those gadgets artfully stored with follow-up alarms, summaries, and timetables...I never paid a whole hell of a lot of attention to them although people were always impressed with how organized everything was which I always found amusing - the 3x5's were real deal...and I never had more than 7 IMPORTANT THINGS on the list at any given time. (I have no idea why). I made damn sure I was hitting those 7 every day.

Maybe I should write a book....and maybe not....not sure anyone would pay for a 3"x5" card on Amazon.
