My brother was born in 1950. He is worried. He is not as well to do as i am and SS was the cornerstone to his retirement. He is 55 years old, a little late to have his planning be for naught. By the way i have told him that there probably would be a ramp down on benefits by year of birth so his hit would probably be very small but i dont have a clue if thats really true. mike
