John please name the welfare programs that no longer exist. Not hard to do. The ones who support all those ol retired military farts in Idaho/Wyoming/Montana, wherever you live, those are going great guns. The rest are on their way off the books. At least if the Bush folk have their way. But you already knew that, didn't you.
