I too am very dissapointed on Chemtrak's inability to actually get the $#@*&! HepCheck tests out. I can understand delays for repackaging (one excuse that was used) but it doesn't speak much for management's ability to write a decent contract that Astra Merck has Chemtrack by the (you know whats) regarding the release. Wouldn't you have expected that any contract between a supplier and a distributer would have specific deadlines/quotas and penalties for failure to deliver or receive merchandise? Guaranteed minimums and the like... Astra Merck did just go through a management change I believe early in the summer but this delay is outrageous and speaks poorly of Chemtrak's ability to actually CLOSE a supposedly closed deal. Bitter but Long- don't let me down chemtrak! Ed
