Yes Ray, and I'd argue for moving some of the what 490 billion now from Defense to a new Peace Corp. Start with 100 billion, and eventually have it be Peace Corp 200 billion/ Pentagon 200 billion. Cut their budget in half. I'd think we'd get a lot further in the world doing that with people - helping them and treating them right.
