A bit more from Rien. Though I am out of principle against it (I would probably benefit from it!) I see no chance that they go back to the drawing board and start from scratch. I am not sure about the status of the referendum in France, but in Holland it is just the people's opinion, and not binding for the government. I presume this could be similar in France. Note also that even though it does receive lots of attention in the press, it does not really live among the people here as far as I can see. Most take it as a given. Best, Rien.
