Nancy How are you this fine Sunday? Regarding Costco, they're going to formally announce a program tomorrow to offer packaged real estate services. Discounted broker's fees and discounts on related finance costs. Washington State will be the initial market, but if it's successful, they'll no doubt go national with it. Not exactly good for sales people in the real estate business, but a great deal for consumers. I'll be interested to see whether the stock reacts. Here's the link: seattletimes.com BTW, it's been some time since he was named to the Board of COST, but I've got to believe that Charlie Munger doesn't sit on boards of directors just because it's a way to spend time, if you get my drift.
