I have an update on the status of my E-mail which I sent to NDB. I got a response the next day saying that my E-mail was forwarded to the compliance department and they would respond in two days. It is now three days later, and I still have no reply. This is no surprise since anyone who has dealt with NDB knows that they do not live up to their promises of prompt service.
Thanks to everyone for your responses. It seems like there are a many on this bulletin board, as well as AOL's, who are also dissatisfied with NDB.
Next time you see a NDB ad in Barrons, or some other publication touting "instant execution," keep in mind that everyone responding to this thread (except Mr. Chan) has experienced delays that have cost them money. NDB is guilty of false advertising, and should pay their customers monetary damages!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The $100mm NASDAQ settlement which has just been unveiled, doesn't compensate us individual investors who have been abused by the MARKET MANIPULATORS such as SHERWOOD (NDB's affiliate who pays them money for the privilege to rip us all off by front running our orders, maintaining wide spreads, and delaying execution). I have been trading stocks for about eleven years, and have known about the abuses in NASDAQ stocks for about ten of those years. The NASDAQ claims they have only known about the abuses since 1990, but I can attest that I have been abused since long before and have never been compensated for getting ripped off by the NASDAQ thieves. NASDAQ SHOULD SEND US INVESTORS SOME OF THAT $100MM!!!
The bottom line is that an automated network should be devised to electronically match all buy and sell orders in every NASDAQ stock without the intervention of front running, market manipulating bucket shops such as Sherwood. The buyers and sellers can determine the market on a first come, first served basis. Can you think of a fairer more efficient way to trade? Investors small and large as well as institutions will all have the same access to markets and will all be treated equally. We will all benefit by not having a fraction of a point taken out of nearly every trade we do. The world could be a better place to trade!! |
