I did get Tamiflu, but governments need to be pushed to be more transparent, strategies on vaccine development and scale-up need to be expanded, new anti-virals need to be pushed, and the new regulations making infectious diseases reportable and broadening WHO powers to investigate disease outbreaks need to be implemented NOW (all members of the UN, including US and China have signed off, but implementation could take 2 years).
