low income people are not included in flat tax.. i believe bill mentioned it in earlier post. I feel limit should be around $30,000.

flat tax would be much higher than todays tax to lower income today. average person paying taxes in low income may be around 12% or less. the bracket for the first $14,000 is 10% the next bracket is 15% to $56,000.

so you see today before exemptions, dependents, standard deductions low income are paying very little... What flat tax are you proposing that will not increase taxes to the low income people. flat tax = no tax to low income.
