Amazing how much stealing Republicans do. We're paying millions for libraries for surgical centers? Aren't these private institutions?

No wonder we can't afford steel plates for our guys in Iraq or healthcare for 40 million people in the US of A. We're busy giving the upper middle class burb of Aurora $24 MILLION.
