I thought that was a statue of you! That is indeed Bud Clark in the picture. He was Mayor of Portland for a while while I lived in that vicinity. Quite popular, I understand. He owned a tavern called "Goose Hollow" before becoming mayor. He was active in an event called Art Quake (if memory serves). That's when he stood for the picture to publicize it. I think Bud Clark did a decent job of being mayor. He certainly didn't have any pedophilic relationships (that I know of), like one of his successors, Neil Goldschmidt. That bronze is very popular. It's on the transit mall in downtown Portland. Guess which parts are always polished nice and shiny.
