Good points... and you're right about SEP 2000 being the proper Tech-wreck shorting opportunity... The short interest on the HBs remains very high - perhaps adding a little fuel to the latest "breakout to new highs" by TOL, KBH, HOV, DHI, and BHS... so while I am tempted to short here, that seems like too crowded a trade to make just yet... Unfortunately short interest info only comes out once per month - and 2-week time-delayed at that!
