Just what the hell do you think the CIA and the DoD (currently spending upwards of $40 Billion on "black ops") are doing with their secret budgets? Buying Eskimo Pies? Shoe, you really disappoint me. I would have thought that someone who is normally fairly astute about market matters would have at least the basic inkling that "black ops" are real, and that they are evil, and that the government has a damn good reason for not wanting you to find out about them. Because if you did, you'd have to come to the realization that the U.S. government is acting largely beyond the law, and such an "outlaw" business ought to be brought to justice. And you may be too lazy to care to do anything about it.
