Orca's question was not well thought out...he was trying to support the indiscriminant killing going on and saying if you did not do the same against a force which is leaving someday, you would be a "chicken sheet"... I believe letting them rebuild the power and water...protecting oil lines is more beneficial than trying to kill them...and waiting for a government to be in control is the appropriate first measured response. Orca and I differ, clearly on this issue.
