Why would the U.S. government want to do that? The financial elite have to destroy this financial system before they can replace it with their new system. NO CASH!! Electronic economy. Cash has a lot of undesirable characteristics that the government and the elite don't like. It's another step towards total control. A new fascism that will be the worst ever on the planet. With an electronic currency no one will be able to do ANYTHING AT ALL that the government will not know.
