the rest of the world sees us as a country not as Bush

I do some traveling myself, and there has been a change since the election. The view in Europe at least is that they could forgive being duped into voting Bush once, but once there was a clear picture of who he was then there was no excuse for voting for him twice. The American character is now suspect.
