It seems more likely that the element you are lacking is self discipline when it comes to your eating indulgences. Been there, done that, still there, still doing that, weight is over 350 lb, blood pressure 200/120, diabetes, and can't bend over to pick things up. But do I ever crave sugar sweet stuff all the time.
