TLT is at multi-year highs, perhaps getting ready to challenge the ATH in the summer of 2003.

BTW, did you know that our buddy Shack sold his US bonds on June 16, 2003? I think he even took out the morning gap. Now, 2 years later, I am still impressed.... g/ng
