I could be agreeing with you and don't realize it What do you mean by "privatized"? Are you saying that an industry group should do the regulating or maybe each company regulates itself with the threat of law suits if they don't?

Wasn't DOW put into bankruptcy to protect it? The problem with law suits is that they are always for damage that has been done. I would prefer not to see the damage done to begin with.

Make the leash too loose and I can envision drug companies setting up numerous small shell corporations to market a given product and to protect the parent.

One thing I know we agree on is that there must be vast improvement in the way tha FDA presently handles things.

BTW did you see the 19K PRLN warrants that traded at the bid on Friday? Traded at 10:07 and nothing traded the rest of the day.
