Forgive me but every penny stock is either a "big" turn around or the next Intel.

For every one which works, there are 20 that will kill you.

Mr Morgan says his turn around efforts depend on large cash infusions, which he has been unable to secure to date. In fact, the company warns about it's viability as a going concern.

Maybe if he hired a receptionist, he'd have more time to turn this around. He seems to answer his own phone. Busy guy.

I'm sure starting the non-profit organization to stop short sellers is consuming valuable time he should be spending on his turn around effort. But then, non-profit status is, at least, consistent.
