True but not every penny stock has new managements with Mr. Morgan's and Mr. Breton's impressive resume. Problem here was the that the abusive shorting syndicate that initiated the "bear raid" on this company never gave Mr. Breton or Mr.Morgan a fighting chance to prove themselves. Surely you know that a company's chances of getting financing and cash infusions is much easier if the stock is at 3 or 4 or 5 rather than $.13 or .17 or .25? Its a vicious circle.
Do you dispute that fact that if their stock was still 3.75/share( the share price on the day of the 1 for 30 reverse) today, they would have had larger cash infusions, faster growth and perhaps larger 9month sales and income levels?

How many companies you know can grow their business and successfuly maneuver a turnaround if their stock goes from $3.75 to .125 after a reverse split? I suspect not many. The abusive shorting syndicate was only concerned with their own pockets, and as soon as they saw the company attempt to get themselves out of the the whole by doing a reverse split, they pounded the stock mercelessly.

Now I can understand that if after 12 months with the stock being the 2-4 /share range, if new management in that time span has not showed progress in the turnaround, then by all means SHORT IT. But you see, the abbusive shorts never gave the company a fighting chance.

Got to go to bed, I will respond to you tomorrow.
