Yes, and I believe we should never have become involved in Iraq starting in 1990. At most, we were invited into Saudi, and should have sat on the border at their invitation and not allowed Saddam to cross to Saudi.

That was when we were invited, remember, and we helped the Bin Ladens in Afghanistan against the bad Soviets. Remember Bin Laden liked us until we had a permanent presence in Saudi. Big mistake.
