nobody is shoving the cross down anybody's throat.

That is going to be a pretty hard sell to the ACLU.

Nobody can force us to kowtow to somebody else's religion, just because they have the power.

The real question is does the ACLU have the power to prevent us from using our religious symbols to practise our religions?

So far the answer is yes.
