The raise in the value of the greenback is on - because of the Memorial holiday however somewhat retarded. Interesting is in this regard that the value of the Swiss franc has also increased as a signe of global insecurity. Today the Netherlands will vote on the EU constitution and it is expected that another resounding NO will result. I heard the argument: "We are content with our government, our laws but raise our eyebrows often when we hear about the rulings in the EU. So why vote YES?" Fred from CH
