Walt, Congratulations on swatting a bug!
I'm sure at times it must seem like you've been hit by a plague <G>

I appreciate your detailed explanation of Fridays outage, it's reassuring to know someone behind the scenes is actively attending to problems. Messages from you and Paul help to keep the blood pressure down out here and is a good indication NAQ cares about it's customers.

I have a request:
Besides the brown-outs, the most troublesome bug for me is the 'out of range data' that squashes the charts.
It's REALLY frustrating trying to trade active stocks --- 1/3 of my charts are trashed several times a day. (and indices are useless)

At the most critical trading times -- when stocks are moving fast -- is when the charts you are watching suddenly disappear.
I can't trade with this problem.

Historical charting is not as critical for Real Time users(temporarily, we can get that elsewhere), but Real Time charting is why we come to NAQ.

From reading Ed's messages on this thread it appears you have been able to identify the cause of problem. If it's just a client bug can you please accelerate the coding process?

If there is any one reason to issue an upgrade to RT Trader - THIS IS IT !

Again, thanks for your work,
pk
