Capital Automotive prices 2M shares at $35.12 By Robert Daniel NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Capital Automotive Inc., (CARS) the McLean, Va., real estate investment trust specializing in sites for operators of automotive dealerships and related businesses, priced an offering of 2 million common shares at $35.12 each. The underwriters have an option bo buy as many as 300,000 additional shares if demand for the offering requires. The offering is expected to close June 6. Credit Suisse First Boston and RBC Capital Markets are joint lead managers of the offering.
