People who have treated drug addicts as their livelihood. People come to them to try to get off drugs (a hopeless task in my opinion). They are medical doctors, specializing in drug abuse. They work with hospitals and clinics. I quoted them in my articles on drugs--(how difficult it was to come off whatever drug I was writing about). THREE of them laughed and said Bill Clinton is a poster boy for a voice (throat and sinuses) destroyed by longtime cocaine abuse. They said they could hear it immediately in any three-word phrase he said.
