My dear friend. I understand the relations between public ownership, P.Hill's status and other factors. For the sake of the arguement he is responsible to management which is responsible to us on general meetings where the majority of votes is based on number of shares owned by particular individuals. Although the company is public in nature of ownership, there is little or nothing which may confirm any changes by small shareholders either to technique of running the business or marketing practices. We own the company as you wish, certainly we don't run it or tell how to run it. You probably forget that if he is employed by the company he is following either the business plan of the board or he would be dismissed or at least warned to change his activities. For last three months I don't here about his departure and I don't see any changes in PR therefore I believe the effort these days is shifted from attracting the market's attention to the negotiations with the major. I don't believe that any rule exists that would make appearances on SI as mandatory to any PR. While it is viewed as honest, reliable approach, still decision is being made on individual basis and one's incentive. I don't personally call him at the office and I would like him to be a part of this thread, but it is still his call. When he decided to post here I prized him for it. When he did not answer any of the questions I wondered why he did and I thought he wasted the effort and some people's nerves. I can say that benefit of him going on line is obvious and if I was serious that sucking up would help I would not sing to him like dinosaur Barney. One day the objective will change and the man will deal with us. My hope for that is stronger, since no company is worth investing if experienced shareholder has a bag of complains with one about deaf ear PR person. You may see my posts on SHF thread where I am trying to proof that point. Myself it makes me sick that my potential profit could be indirectly tied up to someone I have to treat like an enemy. If I beg for not having to face that I hope that you will understand and forgive me. Regards Robert
