I think you give them fresh fruit now, and try to get the cuts restored. But I agree with you, it's a point which can be debated- and there are good arguments on both sides. I hope the children don't end up with no fresh fruit AND massive cuts- because that would be really sad. But kids don't vote.

I wish the politicians could have put the fresh fruit on its own, and just made it about kids- but I suppose politics makes it impossible to do things like that.
