Yeah, but the confidence in the four Boeing Birds is low due to the collector issue. Perhaps they took the low bidder as the sat is planned as a ground spare. Maybe someone brought over some documents which gave Loral the edge? (No, just an attempt at some humor given the LM/Delta troubles.)

Then again, perhaps they really had the better bid. Ya know Loral's cost structure must be lower by now - taking high priced talent from Loral and putting it at Boeing certainly changes the mix ;-)
